What is Homecare?

Wuesthoff Homecare is cutting edge medical care provided by highly trained clinicians to patients who want to recover at home with their loved ones in familiar surroundings. From the newborn to senior adults, we offer a bridge between hospitalization and independence. Our Professional staff are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who is eligible for Homecare?

Any patient who needs skilled nursing or therapy services may be eligible to receive services from Wuesthoff Homecare. All treatment is prescribed by the patient's physician. It is not necessary for the patient to be hospitalized prior to receiving our services.

Medicare Patients must:

  • reside in Brevard County
  • have a physician willing to prescribe care
  • be homebound
  • need a skilled service such as nursing or physical therapy
  • have a reasonable expectation for improvement

How do I obtain services from Wuesthoff Homecare?

Please call Wuesthoff Homecare at 321-253-2200 if you or a loved one might benefit from any of the services listed above. We will be happy to contact your physician for medical approval. After the physician approves a homecare service, our admission nurse will meet with the family and patient to determine their specific needs and answer any questions regarding eligibility, specific services and equipment needs.
