When Dr. Clennon graduated high school, she knew she wanted to become a physician. However, at 20 years of age, she gave birth to a son and her life took a different path temporarily. After working for five years at the Department of Agriculture and receiving a tremendous amount of encouragement, she decided to fulfill a lifelong dream and become a physician.
"When I was a young, nobody seemed to listen to me. I pledged to myself that I was going to be a different kind of physician. I chose this field because I feel I have a special connection to woman of all ages. Many demands are placed on women today and I hope my unique perspective will help all the patients I see to each make positive choices for themselves," shared Dr. Clennon.
After finishing her residency at FSU, Dr. Clennon relocated to Brevard County where she was raised and her parents reside. "I am doing exactly what I want, where I want...being in Brevard County is a dream come true for me. I am right where I belong and ready for this new phase of my life to begin."
